·Customer Satisfaction: If you read reviews on Apple's MacBooks, then you will scrutinize that most people really like them! Dedicated fans for certain, but many people are switching to Apple.
Sony comes in as a strong second plot. Everyone has heard of Sony and equates the name with high quality.
